In order to create, establish, implement and deliver the strate you for the apparel, accessories and home categories across TLC’s portfolio of Entertainment Brands. To creatively and strategically manage the development of a licensing programe for the same brands by acting as the interface betweente licensor, licensee and retailer (where applicable) and ensure successful implementation of the brand strategy acro s assigned product categories, For our entity in Munich Maxvorstadt we are looking for a Your responsibilities are: 1. Commercial Hit and exceed the agreed budgets set for licensing team Maximising profit and turnover of allocated brands Develop German region strategy for categories of responsibility and convert to significant operator deals /DTR’s 2. Brand Management Researching, developing and writing the product strategy for allocated brands Strategic planning and implementation of the brand extension programe for those product categories Building, nurturing and managing the relationship with the relevant licensors Communicating and agreeing the brand strategies to Brand Director To create a 3 year projection for each brand to include marketing and retail launches 3. Category Management Responsible for the management of the whole brand extension process for the categories that will be assigned Researching, developing and writing the strategy plans for each category 4. Financial Management To manage and maintain brand tracker for the brands and categories for which you are responsible To update the commercial plan on a weekly basis To be aware of annual Strategic Brands financial targets and KPI’S and our current performance against those targets To strategically focus and support the key licensees (€50k+) 5.
