5+ years of work experience in the areas of business development and customer project management Preferably with background from industry related to biofuels or biochemical markets Proven success in generating leads, closing business deals and achieving industrial success Demonstrated ability to coordinate and interface effectively within cross-functional groups (R&D, engineering, finance) Independent worker and strong communication skills Fluent English language, German language skills a plus Excellent team-player, very good organizational and communication skills Willingness to travel (~30% expected)
