Includes both daily operational execution as well as strategic and tactical planning. The Operations Manager ensures that quality policies are incorporated into all operational procedures and that quality services are delivered to supported Unit and the EAS effort. Must be quality processes and property management procedures.) The Operations Manager must have a minimum of twenty (20) years of management experience in Army logistics operations at the battalion level or higher.
