Participate in building up our new Global Digital Unit in Kaufering near Munich as Digital Customer Experience Manager (m/f) In this newly created position, you are responsible for defining and coordinating all digital interactions with pre-defined target groups within our target customers’ companies. You expand our contact network and enhance the interaction frequency in order to stimulate sustainably value creation by increasing sales and profits.We offer you a permanent contract and an intensive training off and on the job. Your responsibilities Initially, you develop an in-depth understanding of Hilti’s interactions with various target groups, e.g. purchasers, site managers or managing directors within our target customer companies like construction companies, industrial enterprises or architectural offices. Based on your insights, you subsequently analyse and define interaction demands of these target groups. You actively promote the global application of digital means of communication within Hilti. You define and develop innovative interfaces and advance their successful global implementation. Also, you work out digital contact strategies for defined target groups with regard to objectives, contents and means of communication and engage in their implementation. Your profile Have you successfully completed your studies in the fields of business administration, marketing, industrial engineering or information systems with a focus on digital marketing? Do you have relevant experience in digital marketing or sales within a technical/industrial company and/or B2B environment? Do you have a proven record of success in the development and implementation of digital contact strategies and concepts, ideally in an international context and with regard to a technical premium brand? Do you convince us with your conceptual and analytical skills and your affinity for digital topics like web, mobile communication or soft- and hardware technology?
