Your background speaks for itself: following your university degree in a technical, economic, engineering, or nursing science field (further qualifications such as a Masters degree or doctorate are preferred), you have gained many years of professional experience in quality management with a medical device manufacturer or a pharmaceutical company. In addition to your experience in a managerial role, in the field of international Complaints Management, you will also be bringing your expertise with regard to the implementation of various different global guidelines relating to the demands faced by pharmacovigilance. You will of course be familiar with the GMP guidelines of the pharmaceutical and medical device industries and know how to professionally handle complaints as well as disadvantageous reporting requirements. Last but not least, you also know what is most important when it comes to implementing, validating and using electronic Complaints Management systems. And what about your personal qualities? In this respect, you are a commanding networker who thinks analytically and works in an extremely structured way; always maintains an overview of projects and who demonstrates excellent communication in fluent English.
