Your focus will be to ensure our customers remain satisfied worldwide, as we place great importance on our individual support service which correlates with our high demand for quality and great customer service. You will lead the expansion of the export markets worldwide. You will be responsible for customer care, volume of sales and growth targets. Together with our distributors you will arrange market objectives, sales promotions, trade fairs and active marketing measures. You will represent our products to customers and at international trade fairs and you will develop the best customer relationships. High levels of customer relations are as essential as knowing the sales markets – therefore you will be on-site periodically. Skills and expertise: A solid background in sales and distribution. Ideally you will also have knowledge of an international working environment within building services and ventilation. You are confident working with and interacting with distributors, wholesaler and local reseller. You thrive on target-oriented sales. You enjoy travelling as part of your role and being exposed to foreign cultures. Fluent in English and ideally a good spoken level of Italian and/or French. Because of your structured and methodical operation you are able to prioritize and plan in order to make a suitable decision.
