University Degree holder in Business Administration (international business preferred) or an equivalent qualification Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar or same position (sourcing, QA/QC organization, general administration) Minimum of 5 years experience in the relevant industry (low price consumer goods, general consumer goods - hard goods) Excellent interpersonal, presentation, negotiation and analytical skills (evidenced by reference letters and/or certificates) Excellent leadership, organization skills (evidenced by reference letters and/or certificates) Result oriented, able to work under pressure Willing to travel Above average IT skills and knowledge, able to handle MS Office (latest version), smartphone and common technology Flexible and independently in work and private live Fluent in English (written and oral), (evidenced by certificates) Chinese Language a major advantage, additional languages an advantage
