University degree in business, preferably Master degree with major in marketing or MBA Min. 3-5 years experience in FMCG marketing or sales (also brand strategy consulting) proven successful track record Work experience in international, regional roles demonstrating an international mindset Preferably work experience in emerging markets like the Middle East, Africa or Asia Strong communication skills (emotional/social) in both external and internal stakeholder management Strong analytical skills (quantitative & qualitative) and experience in successfully conducting market research projects, while being a good listener, able to respond to results Excellent English skills (second language beneficial) Be a passionate team leader, able to inspire others
