We are currently offering a 3-to-6 months’ Internship in Talent Management (Human Resources) in full-time to start in Hamburg, Germany at the earliest possible date. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: Motivating, developing and retaining talented people and helping them perform at consistently high levels are all vital to our continued success. As an intern you will gather expertise in building and maintaining relationships with our talents while being exposed to proactive, tenacious and innovative approaches to develop them. You will mainly support our Talent Management team in ongoing and future projects. These include the design and development of talent management initiatives such as leadership development and trainee programs as well as talent reviews. You will experience a proactive and handson approach in a highly communicative and challenging business environment. You will also be responsible for sub-projects. As part of an HR corporate team you will work in close collaboration with our HR colleagues and internal customers around the world, ensuring an appropriate and targeted communication. YOUR QUALIFICATIONS: You are in an advanced stage of or have just finished your studies of business administration, psychology, international management or another HR-related discipline and will be still enrolled in university during the internship. Ideally, you have knowledge and/ or experience in talent & competency management, management development & assessment and HR systems. Excellent MS Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint, are a must. Experience in working with HR Systems is appreciated.
