Experience in international Customer Care or Support function - preferably in a management position for at least 2+ years Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering or equivalent professional experience required. Master degree preferred. Experience in building and managing customer care or support operations in cooperation with internal and external partners to achieve high performance results. Proven track record of achieving high performance. Strong leadership & people management skills. Must be able to drive teams to meet high performance Must have a strong understanding on IT concepts and terminology, good knowledge of ERP Software desirable REQUIRED COMPETENCIES: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English along with strong presentation skills Willingness to travel abroad Passionate about customer support with strong leadership qualities to form and lead an international high performance team Energy and drive complemented by a disciplined approach Ability to maintain big picture overview and strong focus on detail Ability to deal with ambiguity and change Experience in working across multicultural teams Ability to understand midsize organization culture as well as the environment of an international corporation and the commitment to work to meet business goals
