Master`s degree in Human Resources Management / Communication / Marketing or related fields Min. 5 years of professional experience in employer branding and HR with sound knowledge of HR concepts and processes Excellent communication, writing, editing and proof-reading skills Strong project management skills and capability managing multiple projects simultaneously Strategic and analytic thinking, comfortable with complexity, ambiguity and change Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with a broad group of stakeholders Language proficiency in Business English (native speaker welcome), fluency in German is a plus
