Education/Professional experience: University degree in Business Administration, Information Management or adequate education Minimum 2 years business experience in the financial services industry Minimum 2 years working experience in project management for IT implementation and rollout Projects Good understanding of approaches in the area of test management , data migration concepts and approaches and demand management Broad work experience in international projects/programs and proven experience in an international environment Substantiated knowledge of working in intercultural teams Additional qualification: PMI or GPMA certification preferred Language skills: Fluent in written and spoken English and German, additional European language is an advantage IT skills: Very good knowledge and skills in MS Office Soft skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively with management, peers, customers and suppliers in an international environment Experience in negotiating with internal and external partners Structured, analytical and conceptual working style Very good consulting, facilitation and moderation skills Other assets: Lives a high performance culture and values diversity, fairness and cooperation, as well as open and fair treatment of others Willingness to travel
