The Production Control Manager must have a comprehensive knowledge of the applicable supply and maintenance management policies, processes, related regulations and is required to ensure effective execution of the function to include receipt and/or issue of stock or property items. The Production Control Manager must possess operational skill and knowledge of the automated supply systems utilized. • Must possess the appropriate verbal and written communications skills to conduct meetings, execute plans, and prepare reports, plans, and working instructions. • Must have experience with the applicable US financial management systems and in depth knowledge of Standard Army Management Information Systems (STAMIS) to include the Army War Reserve Deployment System (AWRDS), Logistics Modernization Program, and Global Combat Service and Support – Army (GCSS-Army) and readiness reporting (USR).• Responsible for all production control functions under this effort (i.e., Master Schedule, work order management, AOAP, ARIMS, and reporting) • Must have a comprehensive knowledge of governing regulations, policies, procedures and instructions in the applicable supply & maintenance management. • Must have a comprehensive knowledge of the applicable supply and maintenance management policies, processes, related regulations and is required to ensure effective execution of the function to include receipt and/or issue of stock or property items. • Must possess operational skill and knowledge of the automated supply systems utilized. • Must possess knowledge of STAMIS/LIS and AWRDS data entry screens and be prepared to perform the following functions at a minimum: manage Unit hand receipts, perform asset adjustments, lateral transfers and update authorizations on the property book, request equipment items, follow-up and cancel supply transactions, post supply status and receipt information to the activity register, create and print hand receipt, property book and activity register reports. • Must possess knowledge of STAMIS/LIS and AWRDS data entry screens and be prepared to perform the following functions at a minimum: check equipment availability, maintain equipment files, dispatch equipment, add/delete operators, enter equipment faults, schedule equipment maintenance, print dispatch control log, equipment service records, create maintenance work order/task and assign personnel. • Must possess the appropriate verbal and written communications skills to conduct meetings, execute plans and prepare reports, plans, and working instructions.• Must have experience with the applicable US financial management systems and in depth knowledge of Standard Army Management Information Systems (STAMIS) to include the Army War Reserve Deployment System (AWRDS), Logistics Modernization Program, and Global Combat Service and Support – Army (GCSS-Army) and readiness reporting (USR). • Exceptional listener and communicator who effectively conveys information verbally and in writing.• Demonstrated talent for identifying, scrutinizing, improving, and streamlining complex work processes through highly analytical thinking and analysis.• Computer-literate performer with extensive software proficiency covering wide variety of applications.• Flexible team player who thrives in environments requiring ability to effectively prioritize and juggle multiple concurrent projects• Proven relationship-builder with unsurpassed interpersonal skills.
