This system sees 70% of all management positions filled internally through talent pools that are systematically developed with monitored outcomes in terms of efficiency and effectiveness. Goals As custodian of talent in Europe and thought leader on culture, engagement and change, the Regional Head of OD&T; will provide key insights to all GMs and HRBP/HRMP and maintain involvement in strategic change management processes. He or she will provide effective leadership on the issue of succession planning and derive an understanding of business and talent issues in order to design solutions and drive measures to address them. While effectively managing OD&T;’s budget, the person in this role will also ensure the on-time, high-quality implementation of all Quick Blue processes. Essential Responsibilities The Corporate Manager of OD&T; will be primarily responsible for providing expertise and solutions in the areas of growth projects, creation of a leadership pipeline, movement of internal talent and establishment of a best-employer culture. He or she will regularly attend meetings with the GMs and HRBPs, actively discuss key business and talent issues, and ensure prompt, comprehensive communication. Other responsibilities for the person in this position will include managing performance in the region, acting as a subject-matter facilitator in Leadership School programs and visiting all key locations at least once a quarter.
