AkzoNobel Surface Chemistry EMEIA has an immediate opening for an individual who can fulfil the role as Your Responsibilities: Effective account management and development of new opportunities to increase volume, revenue and contribution margin Lead and coach a team of sales professionals, primarily sales / account managers and support resources. Design and execute the sales strategy for the region Manage the customer base which includes both regular accounts, existing large strategic and named key accounts, and accounts with high potential for future business Promotes Global Surface Chemistry and implement Commercial Excellence principles for key business activities & processes Identify business growth opportunities Your Qualifications: MSc degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Mineralogy and/or MBA with 5-7 years relevant experience. 5-10 years industrial sales & marketing of Specialty Chemicals or chemical process environment and experience of managing/supervising direct reports. Requires strong interpersonal, organizational, oral and written communication skills. Ability to form and lead teams, and communicates effectively with customer and various level of management. Able to travel 30% - 40% of the time Fluent in English is required and fluent in Russian is preferred Flexible and result oriented mindset Excellent interpersonal and communication skills The position will be based in Europe, preferably in the regional Headquarter office in Stenungsund, Sweden.
