YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: As an HR Business Partner you will be the first contact person to management and employees of your area of responsibility regarding all HR-related issues. You will work closely with management, providing advice on all matters of personnel and organizational development. Additionally, you will ensure the implementation and application of group-wide and local HR Processes in alignment with the HR Strategy and act as a link between the divisions and the HR Centers of Competence regarding Compensation & Benefits, Global Mobility, Talent Management, HR Systems and Processes, etc. As an HR Operational Expert you will cover the whole HR management process in Germany, from selecting, recruiting and onboarding personnel to implementing strategies, policies and procedures according to our strategy. As a Talent Management Specialist you will contribute by assessing development needs, design and implement international talent management initiatives, tools and guidelines to source, develop and retain our talents worldwide in alignment with our business strategy. YOUR QUALIFICATION: You are looking for the opportunity to pursue your interests across functions and geographiesand to influence your own development. Proactively approaching people and curiosity about new business sectors and backgrounds are part of your portfolio and you want to build up your competencies within our team.
