Our main requirements Previous experience in 2nd level customer support for either financial systems or e-commerce systems Fluent spoken and written English and German Strong experience in using Microsoft Office, with Windows and Linux OS on user level Have strong organisational and administrative skills Ability to work with multiple tasks with changing priorities Good communications skills Great if you have Basic knowledge in Perl, HTML, Javascript or similar Experience of working in support for payment gateways Basic knowledge in SCRUM or Kanban
