University degree (Technical University/University of Applied Sciences) in electrical engineering or physics Several years (ideally more than five years) of practical experience in technical management of electronic, electrical, and electro-mechanical components in military or space sector Several years of experience in materials management with SAP Good knowledge of different standards and norms concerning qualification level, reliability, incl. ESA/ESCC/ECSS and MIL specifications Mastery of production processes for components, relevant test procedures for verification of the qualification levels, relevant test methods for component screening Experiences in radiation requirements for EEE components (radiation hardness) Experiences in export/import regulations for EEE components (ITAR, EAR etc.) Applicants must be able to work thoroughly and systematically, to work with other engineers in project teams and under pressure (tight schedules, fixed date deliveries etc.) Good team worker, engaged, capable to assume responsibility for own small project Good communication skills Flexibility to travel Applicants must be fluent in English and German
