Qualifications & Experience University degree in Business Administration/Marketing or equivalent Min. 5 years relevant experience in FMCG marketing and/or sales functions, both global & regional in-market experience desirable Cross-cultural experience desirable Skills, Competencies & Languages Good knowledge in strategic planning including Brand portfolio management, pricing, taxation, P&L Appreciation of legislation/taxation, external relations, marketing standards in tobacco industry Strong commercial drive and good understanding of operational constraints Strong executional reflex, analytical & entrepreneurial thinking Effective cross-functional communication skills, team player with high self-management skills Very good English skills, both written and spoken. Fluent German desirable
