Minimum of Bachelor of Science, Master's degree preferred Min. 3 years of experience working within an eCommerce organization or as a digital consultant Proven ability to identify business opportunities and address them with creative digital solutions Preferably experience with Service Design, Customer Experience Management and conceptualization tools Experience with developing apps, customer portals or "Internet of Things" solutions is an advantage System knowledge of Sitecore, Omniture, Salesforce and/or Hybris is a plus Personal Requirements High level of service and customer-centric thinking Fluent in English, written and oral, additional language skills are a plus Strong interpersonal collaboration and communication skills Commercial understanding and a passion for digital entrepreneurship Enthusiastic and self-motivated with the ability to make things happen
