Minimum 4-6 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in an e-commerce environment. You are a subject matter expert in digital marketing. Experience in working with external partners. Setting direction and a roadmap that leads at the end to a coherent user acquisition strategy. You are able to set and align goals across functions (inputs, metrics, audits, process improvements etc.) and translate them into actionable plans. Proven experience of project management. You are well organized and used to cooperate with stakeholders who have different needs. You are comfortable operating with data and understand how to transform analysis into actionable measures. In-depth knowledge of the latest tracking-solutions and can turn the findings into actions. Skilled communicator who can communicate ideas. effectively, both verbally and in writing. Eagerness for new challenges and want to play an important role in growing our business. You are fluent in German and English.
